Everything that you want is downhill. What do you do if you’re sledding down hill and you want to go faster? You reduce resistance. You throw off the people weighing you down. You throw off your self limiting beliefs. You throw off your stress and anxiety.
You must realize that you are an extension of Source and the power of creation that created this world is flowing through you always.
You have already put forth desire. You must trust that it is coming. That is a fact. You don’t have to “do” anything for it to come. You must only allow it to come.

How Do You Allow It To Come?
You allow it to come by reducing resistance to it. Resistance is felt in you as impatience, stress, overthinking, general unhappiness, and unease. These are all signs that you are disconnected. ANYTHING that helps you reduce resistance will help you receive it more smoothly.
That means that meditation, self care, walks, and doing things you’re passionate about will help reduce resistance. The more you enter into the flow state, the more the manifestation will begin to appear. It will probably appear small at first and you may not even recognize it as connected to your manifestation. But it is. Signs of it appearing are sudden inspirational thoughts and desires to call someone, go into a cafe, write something, dance, etc. If you listen to it (instead of stopping it with thoughts of “I’m too busy,” or “So and so,” wouldn’t like this) then you will receive more and more.
This process, if done right, will start becoming very fun and very easy. You will start understanding more clearly and more specifically what you want. What city, how the neighborhood should look, how it will feel to have him in the same city as you.
You do not need anyone else to do anything. You are entirely responsible for your own manifestations and feelings. No one else can imbed you getting what you are putting out. As long as you blame others for the way that you feel, you will be creating lots of resistance.
So What Should You “Do?”
It’s simple. Things that create resistance will delay the manifestation’s appearance. Things that create happiness and ease and relief will make it come faster and more easily. So if thinking too much about this makes you more anxious, stop. If thinking and visualizing it makes you more excited and inspired and in flow, then do it. If that feels good, keep feeling it and imagining it, enjoying every step of it. Do not talk about this process with anyone who brings resistance (that’s indicative that you are seeking validation which is resistance). But DEFINITELY talk about it with anyone who you feel excited or inspired to talk with.
Do not think that there is something bringing resistance that you have to do to make this come. That is the opposite thinking. Unfortunately, many people think that’s what manifesting is.
You just need to feel good and connected. Be present. Practice mindfulness. Ask yourself, “how would I live and feel today if this were my last day?” (Assuming that question inspires you and doesn’t scare you).
Practice This New Way of Being
You must learn to think in this new way.
Most people think that they have to “do” a lot in life to get what they want. You must understand that most people “do,” to compensate for a lack of alignment with what they want. Resistance is a lack of alignment. ANYTHING that increases resistance is not helpful.
- That means, stop working so hard that you’re stressed and anxious. It’s not helping.
- That means, stop seeking validation from people who cannot give it to you. It’s not helping.
- That means, stop playing the same destructive thinking patterns again and again in your mind. They’re not helping!
- Just be. Find ease. Turn down the river and flow. Take the path of least resistance to everything you could ever want.
