Stop blaming anyone for your unhappiness.
Stop blaming circumstances for your unhappiness.
Stop blaming work for your unhappiness.
Stop holding negativity inside of you and blaming it on anyone else.
Stop trying to manipulate things by making yourself miserable.
Stop trying to make everyone else happy which just makes you unhappy and further causes you to blame them.
Stop holding onto negative stories which don’t serve you.
Stop believing things you don’t want to believe.
You are unhappy because you don’t know how to be happy.
You are unhappy because you have disconnected from your inner being and fallen away from the joyous status quo which is you.
You are unhappy because you’re too afraid to let go of your stories (even though they aren’t serving you) to be happy.
When you decide to stop blaming anyone for your inner world and to take full responsibility for making yourself feel good, you become immensely powerful.
You know what though, the scariest thing is when you stop blaming anyone or anything else for your unhappiness and you realize, that now, you don’t actually know how to be happy.
That’s ok. That’s the beginning of a wonderful journey.
