- Your attention is focused more on your body and your surroundings
- Your thoughts feel helpful and good, bringing up more pleasurable feelings
- The mind doesn’t need to do anything and can put forth creative, inspiring, and wonderful ideas
What if feels like to be out of flow:
You feel:
- Anxious
- Stressed
- Nervous
- Like you’re waiting for something
- Like things are happening to you
- Like a victim
- Angry
- Upset
- Resentful or blaming
- Hateful
- Pain
- Doubt
- Stuck
- Tired
- Negative

- Your attention is mostly focused on your thoughts which feel like they’re trapped in a bad loop
- Something is to blame – either yourself, your surroundings, or someone else – and you subconsciously feel like if you stay negative, it will change them. The mind more or less thinks that if it can display how unhappy it is with the present circumstances, then things will change. It’s pretty manipulative if you think about it. “I am going to be upset in myself so that you will change.”
